This opportunity is available to singers high-school age and up.

REHEARSALS

You'll be asked to attend all of the Chorale rehearsals for the concert, beginning on November 5, 2025. Chorale rehearses Wednesday evenings from 7:00 - 9:3o pm, downtown at First United Methodist Church (420 N. Nevada Ave. Map below.)

Additional rehearsals will be:

Friday, December 19, 2025 at 7:30 pm to 10:00 pm

Saturday, December 20, 2025 at 2:30 pm (Before the first concert. Dinner will be provided.)

There is no rehearsal the week of Thanksgiving (11/26)

COST

There is no participation fee, but participants will need to purchase their music scores. CS Chorale will provide music for purchase, but singers are welcome to use their own scores if they are the correct edition. Music costs will vary depending on what singers already have, but the maximum cost is $29. Some exclusive pieces will need to be purchased for this concert. Payment plans are available.

CONCERT DRESS

The Chorale's singers wear Artist Black dress for concerts. That means long sleeve black shirt, blouse, sweater, etc., and long black pants or skirt, with black, close-toed shoes. Black, floor-length, long sleeve dresses are great, too. Minimal jewelry is fine.

​AUDITIONS

This special opportunity to perform the Christmas Symphony concerts does not require an audition. If you are interested in joining the Chorale as a full-fledged member, you can find information about that process here.
